As Tirkapsan Bombe Industry, our products are manufactured in hydraulic presses with high-frequency technology in compliance with European standards.

The MDFs used are calibrated by sanding, glued according to the desired thickness, and pressed in molds layer by layer to become a curved product.

If requested, wood veneer can be applied on the curved material, followed by CNC machining and precise cutting.
